OK. First thing i do is get my ideas together and do a few thumbnail sketches.

here is the sketch i chose out of the 3 i did for the GWAR show for the House of Blues in New Orleans.

Now I'll transfer onto bristol paper and resketch before I can finally Ink the illustration with my brush, sharpie, and ball point pen....

You'll notice a lot of the image was cropped to match the paper format...
